Lynn Jordan's Create Your Career From the Inside Out workshop is nothing short of AMAZING! It's a positive and transformative series of exercises, guided by Lynn, to help you identify and distill down exactly what you want in your career, then create an environment (both in your own head and in your professional network) that allows these changes to happen. On paper, it sounds like a lot of magical thinking (a' la The Secret), but it's actually very logical and reality-based. I've done the workshop twice when I was at crisis points with my work and each time had incredible results. I can't recommend it enough to someone who is looking to change their career situation.
